How do I get tickets?

Tickets to Film at Lincoln Center can be purchased online or at our box offices. Please note we do not accept orders via phone or email. There are no refunds or exchanges are offered on tickets purchased. The easiest way to purchase tickets is with an FLC account online: 1. Sign up for an account here. Already have an account? Log in here. 2. Browse the daily schedule here, a complete list of screenings on sale here, or view all upcoming programming here. 3. Digital tickets arrive from [email protected]. If you are having trouble finding your tickets, we recommend searching for that email address in your inbox, then checking your spam and trash folders. If you are unable to find them, please present your order number to the box office to have your tickets reprinted. For purchasing tickets at the box office: 1. Visit Walter Reade Theater or Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center box offices, located along 65th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam Ave on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. 2. FLC box offices open 30 minutes before the first screening of the day at that venue and close 15 minutes after the start of the final screening. See daily showtimes here. 3. You can visit either box office to purchase tickets to any Film at Lincoln Center screening. Additional ticket information: - In the event of a canceled screening, you will be contacted via email and refunds will automatically be issued for all tickets purchased with a credit card. If you purchased your ticket with cash for a canceled screening, please bring it to our box office to obtain a refund. - For screenings designated “standby only,” on the day of the screening or event, a standby line will form at the venue’s box office prior to showtime. Tickets may become available to the standby line on a first-come, first-served basis, limit one per customer.

Are group sales available?

Groups sales are available for purchases of 10 tickets or more to a single screening. Email [email protected] for information about group sales.

What are ticket prices?

Tickets for festivals and special events may vary, but standard prices are generally as follows: FLC series: - $13 Members - $15 Students, Seniors, and Persons with Disabilities - $18 General Public New releases and festivals (excluding NYFF): - $14 Members - $16 Students, Seniors, and Persons with Disabilities - $19 General Public Matinee pricing is also eligible for the first new release or first run screening of each day before 6pm. Pricing is $14 for the general public, $11 for students, seniors, and persons with disabilities, and $9 for FLC Members. Note: There is a service fee when purchasing tickets online. When does your box office open?

Our theaters open 30 minutes before the first screening of the day. Box offices open 30 minutes before the first screening and close 15 minutes after the start of the last show.

How can I reset my password?

Visit the login page and click Forgot Your Password? below the Login button. If you are getting an error when resetting your password, we recommend using Google Chrome as your browser. We also suggest clearing your browser history/cookies and using incognito settings. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the Membership Desk at [email protected] and we can manually reset your password.

Can I purchase a gift card or certificate?

Film at Lincoln Center does not sell gift certificates, but we do sell gift memberships here. Be sure to select from the “Gift Membership” levels in the menu.

How do I know if I have an online account?

If you have previously purchased tickets, received our newsletter, or are a current Member or Patron, you have an online account! Please log in using the email address that you use to receive email communications from Film at Lincoln Center. If you are a current Member or Patron, you will be able to see your membership under “Memberships and Passes” in your account. If you need to reset your password, please click the “Forgot Your Password” link. An email will be sent with instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not receive a password reset email after requesting one, you may not have an account with us. You can create an account here or reach out to [email protected] to confirm whether you have an active account with us. A screening I want to see is sold out. Can I still get tickets?

If a screening at Film at Lincoln Center, including New York Film Festival is sold out, you still have a chance to get tickets. - Tickets may become available to the standby line on a first-come, first-served basis, limit one per customer. See all screenings that are standby-only here. On the day of the screening or event, a standby line will form at the venue’s box office prior to showtime. - We will release small batches of tickets leading up to all screenings, including sold-out screenings. - The fastest way to see what’s available is on the Now Playing page. - We will also announce these added tickets and screenings on Discord, in FLC Member e-mail alerts, NYFF newsletters, on Reddit, X, and Instagram. - To buy or sell tickets in our community, use Discord and please adhere to all rules. - At New York Film Festival, a select number of partial view tickets may be available for each Alice Tully Hall screening, available only by request at the Alice Tully Hall box office.

Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?

No refunds or exchanges are offered on tickets purchased. In the event of a canceled screening, you will be contacted via email and refunds will automatically be issued for all tickets purchased with a credit card. If you purchased your ticket with cash for a canceled screening, please bring it to our box office to obtain a refund.
