How do I know if I have an online account?

If you have previously purchased tickets, received our newsletter, or are a current Member or Patron, you have an online account! Please log in using the email address that you use to receive email communications from Film at Lincoln Center.

If you are a current Member or Patron, you will be able to see your membership under “Memberships and Passes” in your account.

If you need to reset your password, please click the “Forgot Your Password” link. An email will be sent with instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not receive a password reset email after requesting one, you may not have an account with us. You can create an account here or reach out to [email protected] to confirm whether you have an active account with us.
