Tickets to Film at Lincoln Center can be purchased online or at our box offices. Please note we do not accept orders via phone or email. There are no refunds or exchanges are offered on tickets purchased.

Digital tickets arrive from [email protected]. If you are having trouble finding your tickets, we recommend searching for that email address in your inbox, then checking your spam and trash folders. If you are unable to find them, please present your order number to the box office to have your tickets reprinted.
For purchasing tickets at the box office:

Visit Walter Reade Theater or Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center box offices, located along 65th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam Ave on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

FLC box offices open 30 minutes before the first screening of the day at that venue and close 15 minutes after the start of the final screening. See daily showtimes here.

You can visit either box office to purchase tickets to any Film at Lincoln Center screening.

In the event of a canceled screening, you will be contacted via email and refunds will automatically be issued for all tickets purchased with a credit card. If you purchased your ticket with cash for a canceled screening, please bring it to our box office to obtain a refund.

For screenings designated “standby only,” on the day of the screening or event, a standby line will form at the venue’s box office prior to showtime. Tickets may become available to the standby line on a first-come, first-served basis, limit one per customer.
