How do I use my membership card?

Members receive a digital membership card. Read our guide below on how to use: Add the digital membership card to your iPhone: - Access the digital card email from your smartphone. - Click the “Download” button. - Click “Add to Wallet” and “Add.” - The card will automatically go to your iPhone’s Apple Wallet. It can be accessed in Wallet at any time. Add the digital membership card to your Android: - Download Wallet Passes from Google Play. - Access the digital card email from your smartphone and click “Download” in the membership email. - The card will automatically go to your Wallet Passes app, where it can be accessed at any time I lost or haven’t received my membership card. Can I still use my benefits? Yes, you have full access to all of your Member benefits even if you don’t have a digital membership card. Log in to your account on our website to order tickets online at the Member rate. The box office, Patrons Desk, and Membership Desk can also help retrieve your Member ID number. It typically takes 1-3 business days for Members and Patrons to receive their membership materials after joining or renewing. If you haven’t received a digital membership card, email [email protected] with the subject “Missing Membership Card.” I prefer not to use this digital membership card. What should I do? If you choose not to use your digital membership card, you can present your Member ID number at the box office and our team can verify your membership. I’m having technical difficulties downloading my card, whom should I contact? If you’re unable to download or add your digital card to your mobile device, please email [email protected] with as much information about the problem as possible and they will respond directly. Does my digital membership card list my membership benefits? You can find a list of benefits associated with your specific membership level on the back of the digital membership card by clicking the small “i” in the lower right corner (Android), or three dots in the upper right-hand corner (iPhone), when the card is open in your digital wallet. Can I redeem my complimentary concessions with my digital membership card? At this time, complimentary concessions at the Contributor, Friend, Angel, and corresponding New Wave levels can only be redeemed by presenting your concessions punch card in person at the concession stand. I have a second Member under my membership. How can they receive their own digital membership card? The primary account holder receives all communications from FLC, including digital membership cards. Both digital membership cards will be sent to the primary account holder on the membership. Primary account holders can forward the email received under the second name directly to the recipient, or follow the instructions below: 1. Navigate to the back of the card with the second cardholder’s name by clicking the small “i” in the lower right corner (Android) or three dots in the upper right corner (iPhone). 2. Use the “Share Pass” button to send the card to your secondary Member via email or text. 3. They will then be able to add the card with their name directly to their own digital wallet. 4. You can remove their card from your own digital wallet by clicking the small “i” or three dots in the upper right corner and clicking “Remove Pass.” I downloaded my card but I can’t find it. If you have an iPhone, the card will automatically download to Apple Wallet. Check the app for your new card (scroll through any cards that are already there—it may be hiding!). If you have an Android, you’ll need to download Wallet Passes from the Play Store prior to downloading the card.

How do I add a second person to my membership account?

To add a second card holder to your account, please contact the Membership Desk at [email protected] or call 212.875.5620. A note about secondary card holders: The primary card holder receives all FLC communications and is also the primary login credential for FLC’s website. We ask that the primary card holder share their login credentials with the second person on the account. Both digital membership cards will be sent to the primary account holder on the membership. Primary account holders can forward the email received under the second name directly to the recipient, or follow the instructions below: 1. Navigate to the back of the card with the second cardholder’s name by clicking the small “i” in the lower right corner (Android) or three dots in the upper right corner (iPhone). 2. Use the “Share Pass” button to send the card to your secondary Member via email or text. 3. They will then be able to add the card with their name directly to their own digital wallet. 4. You can remove their card from your own digital wallet by clicking the small “i” or three dots in the upper right corner and clicking “Remove Pass.” To remove or replace the second person from your account, please contact the Membership Desk by emailing [email protected] or calling 212.875.5620. If replacing, send the name and email address of the new person you would like to add to your account.
