Payments will automatically be charged on the last business day of the month that the payment is due. In the event that the last business day of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be charged on the next business day.Â
If a payment is declined and you have another card on file, your other card will be charged for the payment. If a payment is declined and you do not have another card on file, you will receive one courtesy email to alert you to contact us to provide other payment information. If we do not receive a new form of payment within two weeks of the email being sent, your membership will be deactivated.
All Members on a quarterly payment plan will receive a tax acknowledgement letter once all payments have been received. We cannot issue a tax acknowledgement for partial payments.Â
