Our official policy is no refunds or exchanges. If you can no longer use your tickets, you can either give them to a friend or donate them back to us for resale. If you choose to donate them, you can request a tax acknowledgement letter stating that your donation is fully tax-deductible—just email [email protected] with the tickets you wish to donate.
