What should I know before visiting New York Film Festival?

Last updated on May 19, 2026

What to know before your screening:

  • You can access your tickets here when logged in to your account, including options to add to mobile wallet or print at home.

  • All screenings start at the listed time.

  • Explore all festival venues here.

    • Box offices open 30 minutes before the first screening of the day and close 15 minutes after the start of the last screening.

    • We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your showtime. All films begin at the listed showtime.

    • Bag checks are required, so please arrive earlier if needed.

    • There is no dress code, but bonus points for dressing to impress. We’ll have public step-and-repeats at select venues for you to capture your festival experience!

  • NYFF merch will be available exclusively at the merch booths at Alice Tully Hall and the Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center during the festival, with 10% off for FLC Members.

    • Limited-edition prints of the official NYFF64 poster will be available on Posteritati.

What to know at and after your screening:

  • Have a question on site? Look for NYFF volunteers who will be happy to assist, or ask on our Discord channel or Reddit for a quick response.

  • Looking for food and drink?

    • Café Paradiso, conveniently located in the Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center, offers 10% off menu items for FLC Members (proof of Membership required) and FLC ticket holders on the day of their screening.

    • Concessions are available at the Walter Reade Theater and Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center, including popcorn, candy, soda, beer, wine and more.

    • If you need a quick bite between back-to-back screenings, along with Café Paradiso, the fastest bites near Lincoln Center are Gourmet Garage, The Casbah, Dig Inn, Le Pain Quotidien, Sweetgreen, and Rosetta Bakery.

    • Explore more local restaurants here.

  • Share your festival experience by tagging @TheNYFF on X and Instagram and use the hashtag #NYFF64. We’ll be sharing the best posts throughout the festival!

  • FLC is committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for our community. By visiting our theaters or engaging with the FLC community and representatives of FLC, you are acknowledging that you are aware of, and will adhere to, our Code of Conduct.
